Shipping
Items are shipped via USPS. All orders are shipped within 5 business days of purchase. Processing time is in addition to the shipping time. Please plan on 7-10 business days for your package to arrive. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We offer a $10 flat rate for shipping, or free shipping on orders of $50 or more.
Damages
We will require photos of the shipping box or package & the damaged items, before we can begin a refund or replacement. Please note that we only cover damages that occurred during transit.
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us to arrange a return. Return shipping costs are paid for by the customer. We cannot offer online exchanges at this time. You are welcome to return & repurchase.
- We will accept returns on unused items-in original condition with original packaging-within 14 business days of delivery.
- Once we receive the returned merchandise in original condition we will initiate the refund, minus the shipping costs, to the original method of payment. Please be aware that it may take 3-5 business days for your financial institution to reflect your refund.
